@CitiusMag One point to think of is prior exceptional youth/junior athletes like Allyson Felix (200m 22.11s) and Sanya Richards (400m 50.69s), both HSR world class times. Yet, they had minimal elite/pro races that could be factor in their long athletic careers, 13 & 19 years respectively.

@CitiusMag Great advice for Gout Gout from a very talented athlete in Letsie Tebogo, the first Olympic Gold Medalist in the Men's 200m from Botswana. Focus on the long-term athletic development, and be willing to take time and care of the young athlete to help them reach their potential.

@abumichaeli @CitiusMag That is actually good advice, Gout Gout is very talented with alot of room to develop and grow as a sprinter as he matures physically and mentally. It is very smart to give his body time to grow and mature, focusing on his long-term athletic development for peaking age 22-26.
