Once again, I see William Ruto's loyal defenders barking angrily at Kalonzo Musyoka.

I said it yesterday and I will repeat it today: William Ruto may control the machinery of government, but the United Alternative Government has the people.

For months they mocked Kalonzo Musyoka. They claimed he had no agenda, no plan, and no ideas.

Then yesterday came the People's Budget and suddenly the noise from State House grew louder.

Why? Because absolute truth frighten those who survive on propaganda.

The debate is no longer about "jamaa ya 40 years" . It is about priorities.

It is the people versus failed economic policies.

It is the people versus excessive taxation.

It is the people versus a government that has lost touch with ordinary Kenyans.

No matter how loudly Oscar Sudi shouts, no matter how many attacks are launched against Kalonzo Musyoka, the real issues facing Kenyans cannot be silenced.

The battle ahead is simple: the people demanding for change in governance versus those defending the status quo.
