Well over a year since I’ve posted here, don’t miss it…but figure @RichardGarriott is here more than the blue place, so thought I would drop by. All those dropped hints from a year or so ago seem to be coming together…?

@LettuceVerse Like Bloodborne…? Disagree, it’s a clear evolution of DS1 and DS2. And is so clearly the foundation of Elden Ring that Inreally believe ER should just have been called DS4, the game play is almost exactly the same.
I don't really post here anymore, life is better where skies are blue...but wanted to report my feat of completing #Skald to @SkaldRpg as requested! Great game for retro RPG fans, highly recommended.
@zoggins Counting the minutes until I can roll out M365 Copilot here. The writing assistant capabilities alone will pay for itself within the first few days each month, just like GitHub Copilot does for my devs. Time is expensive, and some AI help saves time in many small chunks.
Slave Knight Gael defeated! Very challenging but fair boss once you start seeing his attack patterns. That's the last thing I had to do in #DarkSouls3, so I can now declare the game completed! I still have two more runs to do for the 100%, but those go a lot faster.
So Darkeater Midir in #DarkSouls3...not easy! Took me many attempts to figure out an approach that worked, and hits are hard to come by so using a "big" weapon with high damage was called for to maximize value from each hit...so I went with the Fune Knight Sword from DS2!
Finally finished all of my #DarkSouls3 covenant farming! Had to share this one, somehow I had TWO vertebrae shackles drop in one run, a feat that I am sure has never happened before and shall never happen again!
@00oSamio00 When you see him later, don't kill the scorpion man. Don't pull the lever (you'll know when). And in the DLC, leave the first Ashen Idol alone, save the Smelter Wedge for the boss area! (This will all make sense in time.) 2/2
@00oSamio00 When you approach Majula, don't do what I did and go off to the side path where the guy with the blue sword is. Especially don't draw out the nearby mobs, accidentally hit him during the melee, and then kill him when he becomes hostile...I killed a questline very early! 1/2
@_TheImpureKing_ I already generally don’t. FOMO is dumb, I usually wait until a game is cheaper, fixed, and includes DLC (with a few exceptions).
Industry learning the wrong lesson…$5 increases every few years will be criticized but absorbed. $10 was widely scorned…$30 will lose customers.
@ill_Scholar If this is real, then it’s a bad test. Only six questions are really relevant to being an informed citizen. For example, who gives f-all about the geography of New York (question 1)? And while it *should* be easy, knowing historical dates does not make an informed citizen.
I hope every legislator on both sides of the aisle correctly hear TikTok as the tick-tock count down to when they are voted out. Someday they will look back on current events and wonder “I got voted out for THAT ridiculous stance?”
@wideofthepost Lol. It was the orange baby’s idea in the first place, easily Googled if you actually wanted facts instead of rage bait. And the final law got such a bipartisan vote (352-65, also easily Googled) that both sides share the blame for today’s events.
