@snapchatsupport That is now an account I’ve had since 2016, my only account I’ve ever had that had years of memories that I looked at and used everyday that I will never see again and an account that it seems I won’t ever get a reason why it’s been deleted and why I can’t get it back

@snapchatsupport I reached out to your support in an email and the only response they could give me would be that my account no longer exists at al, that my username can’t be used ever again, and that I just need to make a new account.
