February 9, 2025. This photo. This hand. This IV. This yellow wristband screaming “RISK.” What you can’t see is the part that said “FALL RISK.” They tried to kill me. My body tried to quit. But ɨ ֆʊʀʋɨʋɛ.
This isn’t just a throwback. This is the origin story. The moment life tried to write my ending, and I decided to rewrite the entire script. This is where my journey truly began: from a hospital bed, defying the odds, to embracing every single day with a passion for life, culture, and resilience.
My mission? To prove that no matter what life throws at you, you can always choose to eat, drink, and dance.
This new chapter, this new account, is dedicated to that journey. To the grit, the grace, and the relentless pursuit of what sets your soul on fire. Join me as I continue to defy limits, one photo, one story, one workout at a time.

@DannyBaker0 Thanks wanted to give my weight/bp/blood sugar journal and workout journal a more professional look. Just wished the gym that i trained at let us do videos. Sometimes get the feeling of imposter syndrome because i can't post it. You know the saying "pics or it didn't happen".
