@askesure hey, we’ve been a 2 car, and home insurance customer for about 5+ years now and seen you’ve DOUBLED the cost of next years car insurance……… why? We will move everything off esure by the end of the week as we are getting fleeced at that rate. Thanks

@HMRCcustomers Yes the webchat is good for simple queries but not for anything that else, it’s default is to route to a generic weblink. What you’re saying is I need to call back up? And stay on hold, again, for up to 30-mins despite calling at 8am, because your system dropped?!??
