Boeing visit. Just concluded a shopfloor inspection of Boeings 737MAX plant in Renton, WA. I've been impressed by the activities #Boeing has been taking to improve the quality of their production processes, diligently working through all the root causes that may impact quality.

Quality first, speed second. While I don't like our #aircraft being delivered late, I am fully supportive of this approach.

@Boeing produces great aircraft. Across the @WestJet Group, we operate more than 140 Boeing aircraft; every 2 minutes one of them takes off or lands somewhere across our network✈️. We look forward to receiving many more of these airplanes over the years to come.

Thank you to the entire Boeing team for all your efforts and to the Boeing management team for spending time with us today.
