Today, April 22 is Stephen Lawrence Day.🖤

33 years ago in 1993, Stephen at just 18 years was stabbed to death in a racist attack in Eltham, south east London. 🙏🏾

Today, we reflect on this death but more importantly we stand with his family and the Stephen Lawrence foundation to help build in his name for future generations.

As @sldayfdn have stated, this years theme is Every Future Needs a Foundation - to support young people and their ambitions.

#Germany - Referee Pascal Kaiser, who proposed to his partner before the Cologne-Wolfsburg match, was attacked at his home.

It was reported that prior to the assault, Kaiser’s home address had been leaked on social media and he had received direct threats.

According to reports, the attack is seen as directly linked to the homophobic backlash and cyberbullying that escalated following the proposal.
