Personally I think it would help if it was given back but with migration such a hot topic if anyone tried to do that they would get destroyed.

You can still access content anonymously it is just harder to do so and impossible if you are a child.

@YouGov There are 8 counties within an hour drive of home. A regular week sees me go to at least three. That’s before I even think about London. I think of Cambridgeshire as my county though. If they had ended up as one of counties in the county championship it may have been stronger

@IrnNoodle @PolitlcsUK @thetimes It’s not that elections are not going to happen but the process of implementing Unitary authorities replacing District and County Councils, positions they’d be elected to wouldn’t exist so you want to spend loads of money on elections for councillors who are not going to serve?
