Honest take: Since it is the partnership era, I don't think Riot can invest that much money on International events stage/venue quality.

Legit since LOCK//IN they kept using the good old 360 degrees metal stage frames on nearly every International events except for (1/3)

The main goal for stages is to serve the players/fans on site, let's remember 2021/2022 stage designs were all designed back in the COVID days so that's why they have a massive different compared to the partnership era. (2/3)
