@HyattPlace meanwhile it's midnight and my 2 year old and 7 week old are both crying bc we can't get in the toilet soiled room to sleep. This might be the lowest level of service I've ever experienced at any hotel ever. What does hospitality mean to you??

@HyattPlace just checked in to your Birmingham location. Toilet water in the bathroom floor. Can we get another room? No. Talk to the hotel mgr? No. Get our $$ back? No. Have you book us a room at another location? No. Did your front desk staff care at all? No. Just terrible.
