7 Often anxiety-prone
8 Often introverted
9 Often conscientious
10 Dethroned when #2 arrives

Teen risk reduction is ongoing but these tools will help:
Tool #1: Reward responsibility with greater freedom
Tool #2: Give facts, not scare tactics, for decision-making
Tool #3: Encourage to filter decisions thru- Is it safe? Is it fair? Is it smart (in my long-term interests)?
