The first study from my PhD has now been published! In this collaborative study with @KingsCollegeLon we identified comparable rates of PTSD in male military personnel and police employees (4%), and higher rates of harmful drinking in military personnel (10% vs 3%)

@RickVNasties Yeah deffo get onto them! I’ve got a feeling it might be 5/16” as that’s pretty common. They don’t make it easy like haha. Bike looks amazing though man. Made me want to dust mine off a little. Maybe when it warms up a bit though haha.
