@JesseJenkins We find this kind of analysis can depend significantly on the real electric rate, as opposed to the average rate from EIA data. Fixed vs volumetric charges and seasonal price differences (usually lower outside of summer) have important effects. Usually a little better for HPs

We're told more ADMs and GENs will be dismissed. A mass purge will create disruption as chains-of-command must backfill. Deeply discouraging to leaders who remain but passed over-deemed insufficiently loyal to new regime. Will be divisive as leaders feel forced to pick sides. All that weakens readiness for combat. Danger ahead.
