I’m only posting this because it seems a lot of people don’t know this: If you have cats PLEASE do not bring lilies into your home.

I was sent a bouquet for Mother’s Day, and I didn’t notice there were lilies in it until I started trimming up the flowers to put into a vase. The kitties were playing in the box they came in, so I rushed them to the emergency vet because I know lilies are fatally toxic to cats. Even a few specks of pollen is enough to send them into aggressive kidney failure. I wish I was being dramatic, but it really is that bad.

Fortunately their bloodwork came back normal and I was able to bring my girls back home.

Make sure you do your research before sending a pet owner flowers or plants! The gesture is so kind and appreciated, but make sure you’re not sending something that could harm their animals!

The current trend of eliminating the humanities from higher education mirrors the goals of the Malthusians to eliminate humanity.

They want you to forget who you are and what it means to be human.

They want you to give up your humanity and surrender to the technocratic view of life.
