@RoyalMailHelp It’s about not using common sense and leaving a package in a safe place, or trying the back of the house. How can trying again the next day be an efficient way of doing things, especially when there are strikes happening. Whatever happened to customer service?

@RoyalMail why on earth do you just not leave a parcel in a safe place if there’s no reply, like just about every other delivery company does?? SO annoying. Heaven forbid that your delivery people might use their common sense and sense and try round the back??

@Sonos Very disappointed that your speakers won’t work with my BT Complete WiFi system. Called the help desk only be told there was nothing they could do, other than switch off the discs, which defeats the object of having them. All of my other connected devices are ok.

@rapha not sure if your £5 shipping cost is very good value for money. For that price, I’d expect next day delivery or at the very least next day dispatch. 2 days to dispatch a very small item, who knows when I’ll receive it. Very poor!!

Seriously unimpressed with @Wiggle_Sport still waiting for a delivery that was apparently dispatched in the 19th Feb. What’s the point of paying extra for next day delivery when it doesn’t happen???😡 no reply from customer services either. 😡😡
