I’m incredibly proud to see today’s Supreme Court ruling. This is a case I had the privilege of helping shape during my time leading the NRSC, and it represents a monumental victory for free speech.

This success belongs to many NRSC leaders and team members who championed this fight over multiple election cycles. It was truly a long-term effort.

A special recognition, though, goes to Ryan Dollar, the NRSC’s longtime Chief Legal Counsel. Ryan was the constant force behind this case and the strategic legal mind who helped guide it to a successful conclusion. His persistence, judgment, and dedication were indispensable.

It was an honor to play a part in this effort and to see it reach this historic result.
