Medienanstalten sind keine Behörde sie treten nur so auf . Neuerdings pfänden sie das Konto ohne Festsetzungsbescheid. Wurde mir gestern so berichtet von der Bank. Ich dachte ich höre nicht richtig. Mir wurde nichts zu geschickt vorher. Wo leben wir eigentlich hier das ARD und ZDF machen können was sie wollen.
