Current: @GCYankeeTrace & @CentervilleOH. Previous: @whiotv & @WHIORadio. @univofdayton alum. Public address and play-by-play for @DaytonFlyers.

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

@Stormin_Moorman One of the only cool things I can claim.

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

I'll always be partial to Verne and Bill on the A-10 Championship call. However Harlen and Hummel are as good as it gets in the sport right now.

[Ian Cameron @bobanobets]

Atlantic 10 Championship will have Kevin Harlan and Robbie Hummel on the call for CBS

SEC Championship will have Dan Shulman and Jay Bilas on the call for ESPN

Big Ten Championship will have Ian Eagle, Bill Raftery and Grant Hill on the call for CBS

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

Gotta agree with @JBedellWHIO here. Mike Mulcahey gets my vote for the Harewood Horse MVP. We'll have to check, but likely the first non-player to win the award in Arch Baron Cup history. Derkack the clear choice from the player perspective. @BlackburnReview

[John Bedell @JBedellWHIO]

@andrewmelloh @whiotv @sullymygoodname @BlackburnReview @parlaypyle @michaelpurves No way, man. It’s Trainer Mike Mulcahey for helping Montgomery get his head out of certain places after L’Etang’s tip-in.

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

The #ArchBaronCup means more.

[Steven Wright @Steven_Wright_]

A grown Saint Louis fan told a 5 year old Dayton fan to stop clapping on his way from his seat leaving before the final buzzer. 👎

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

It's that time of the year! Happily fulfilling my (former) media obligation and submitting my Harewood Horse MVP vote for Amaël L'Etang. #AmericasGame #ArchBaronCup @JBedellWHIO @BlackburnReview

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

Annual media obligation! Submitting my Harewood Horse MVP vote for Javon Bennett. Tremendous performance. @JBedellWHIO @BlackburnReview

71-63 Dayton takes the first round of the Arch Baron Cup. 🏆 The Flyers improve to (15-7, 5-4).

[Chris Moorman @Stormin_Moorman]

Just so the UD youths know after we beat Marquette, we don’t storm the court. That’s not the Dayton way. Plus it can be dangerous.
Instead follow proper tradition, burn a couch.

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

That was as gutsy a performance as you could have hoped for against a juggernaut in their building. Amazing effort tonight and a hell of a season for @DaytonVB .

[Dayton Volleyball @DaytonVB]

Fought to the finish.

Way to show the volleyball world what Dayton Volleyball is all about.

[NCAA March Madness @MarchMadnessMBB]

(7) DAYTON ADVANCES TO THE ROUND OF 32 😤

The Flyers come back from 17 down to defeat (10) Nevada 63-60! #MarchMadness

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

99.4%!!! The improbable has happened.

[Just Donny D @5ForFlying]

When I'm wrong I'll own it. I did not see that happening.

HOLY SHIT!!! What a fucking win by Dayton.

LOWD LOWD LOWD!!!

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

I can't believe Dayton won that game. What a run in the last 10 minutes!

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

Best time of the year! Happily fulfilling my media obligation and submitting my Harewood Horse MVP vote for DaRon Holmes. It's the stuff of legends! @JBedellWHIO #ArchBaronCup

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

Such a better experience than the last time I was in this building. #GoFlyers

[Chris Moorman @Stormin_Moorman]

The last time @michaelpurves and I saw Dayton play at “Heritage Bank,” we encountered the legend Bucky Bockhorn who said “this place is a shi*hole.” Better vibes tonight

The ABC Foundation appreciates the years when we can all agree. Less bloodshed. #ArchBaronCup

[John Bedell @JBedellWHIO]

@michaelpurves @BlackburnReview I have to agree. Here’s my very official ballot that I just submitted. It’s unanimous.

[Michael Purves @michaelpurves]

Happily fulfilling my yearly media obligation. Submitting my Harewood Horse MVP Award vote for Toumani Camara. #ArchBaronCup @JBedellWHIO @BlackburnReview
