Trying to get to NYC for the Fifa WC Final tmrw. Had a 10:30am flight from Ft Laud to NYC today that boarded. From that point, delayed until 8 pm when it was finally cancelled. But, got a lifeline and rebooked from Palm Beach but that now cancelled. Any chance of a miracle??

Because depreciation is an accounting method. The buildings always, never the land depreciate.

It’s one of the great benefits of real estate.

@FedEx 5 days after a delivery was supposed to have arrived, we finally got 8 of the 11 boxes. The other 3?? Local FedEx said

Life is not always easy, some times up and downs, we need to deal with it.

Some great life advice as a substitute for really, really bad service.

Another 30 minutes with FedEx Help. And still no clue when the package will arrive. FEDEX is TERRIBLE!! USE UPS when u need something delivered.
