@JohnnyTheNic @prodnose It’s the constant tinkering with the rules to accommodate VAR that is the problem. Of course handball decisions were wrong in the past but never this ludicrous. The offside law seems to have discounted being ‘in line’ as ok. Tinkering with VAR is now too late.

@bestboomer It’s frightening that the country has accepted the existence of food banks, of child poverty, of poor medical support and so many other things that no longer work. The ridiculous posturing of government ministers and the Tory mp’s over the last few days is unacceptable.
