@HMRCcustomers For 2021/22 I added an AVC drawdown amount to my Pensions and Annuities section. I entered what I’d drawn down of £6000 (I’d received after tax deduction of £752 = £5248. But 25% of the £6000 was tax free. Should I have only added £4500? can I reduce my 2022/23 income by £1500

@HMRCcustomers I did P60 for my NHS pension. The AVC just came with a letter; £6000 less £752 tax, and it’s “25% tax free”. So I should only have out £4,500 on my tax form, not £6,000?
