Never felt this good to be back in London and remaining here for a full 4 weeks! Yes I love to see new places but quality rest is indeed, pertinent.

@iam__temmyyy I take vitamin C supplements daily 1000mg. Although I never knew anything about skincare. I use it to build my immune system due to cold weather and avoid flu and cough. So far it’s working but with this information, I need to be cautious. Thanks for sharing.

HIKING trails 🥾🥾🥾!
What a strong 💪🏾 way to finish November?
Broke my 10km run 🏃🏾♂️ record by doing 14km on Saturday morning (6am).
Slept briefly and jumped on a hike 🥾(doing another 5km on the hiking trails just before sunset).
I am overly impressed for finishing the month
of November with an outstanding 442k total steps count 🫢 (haha… don’t ask where I’m walking to)
Overall, I feel lighter, stronger, breathe better and sleep deeper.
The goal like I’ve mentioned before is to push this body to its full strength, capacity and potentials because
