Boris Johnson's resignation honours list should be cancelled. Nobody should be seen to benefit from that carnival of disgrace, chaos and contempt for ordinary British people that he oversaw. Bin it. Bin the lot of it.
look, hydrogen has a massive role to play in decarbonising, starting with itself. Many industries will need it.
But using it for heating is genuinely crazy.
And consumers are being asked to pay for it.
If it made any sense, it wouldn’t need 120 lobbyists in UK parliament alone
Producing green hydrogen in the Uk will use 6x more electricity than heat pumps.
If they mean blue hydrogen, it’s made from gas and costs loads more than gas.
Actual science.
Btw- 97% of the worlds hydrogen is currently grey - trashing the climate. Maybe they should sort that
