@sweatsntopknots My counselor and I talked about this just today! For me, somehow, I learned very early on that change can be exciting. Somehow I learned to focus on the what-could-be's rather than the what-will-nots. I'm able to compartmentalize so the things that should scare me don't. 🤷🏻‍♂️
