@GreenMtnEnergy I just read the electricity fact sheet and it says the $300 cancellation fee applies after the due date of my first bill through the end of the contract term, does this mean if i cancel my service before the due date on the first bill i won:t be charged the $300?

@GreenMtnEnergy My service started 2 weeks ago and you have a plan now that is cheaper than the one I signed up for. I've tried customer service phone and email and they both tell me I'll be charged $300 to switch plans.
