But the odds are so against me that that is the case, that I’m just going to decline your order and wait for somone tipping 15% to make the trip worth my while.

@Suzannex13x @CBCNews As a driver, the orders that don’t show an upfront tip, recieve a tip once ever 10 trips. Tips in cash even less than that. When we don’t see a tip upfront Uber is paying $3 and we are delivering 15km away at times, sometimes further.

@TjbrianBrian @CBCNews The problem is Uber doesn’t pay drivers enough and they show tips upfront, so drivers are declining your order which is why your food is cold. Because it waits to be picked up. New system new rules. Now you tip to get service at all because companies like uber are cheap.
