Remember on Memorial Day. Men and women have paid an incredible price for our freedom.
Freedom isn't free. The freedom we enjoy was bought and paid for by real people with real families. We remember them today.
Being 43 is wild. People your age are living completely different lives.
Some are grandparents. Some are raising toddlers. Some are newly divorced. Some are newly engaged. Some havenโt slept in three years. Some are in St. Tropez posting Aperol spritzes from a yacht.
Some look 25.
Some look like they personally remember the invention of Tupperware.
Nobody got the same assignment.
In Saturday's MAAC championship game at Hickey Field, No. 1 Siena will play No. 2 Marist, a 12-8 winner over Sacred Heart in today's other semifinal. The Saints beat the Red Foxes in double OT in Poughkeepsie last month. Game is at noon on ESPNU.

I honestly cannot stress this enough but please start living & enjoying your life. Your life is passing by daily and all youโre doing is working, paying bills, & overthinking stuff you can't change. Start taking trips and treating yourself. Have fun with this life. You only get 1
