Here’s @michaelvw2005 hitting 525lbs on trap bar!!!! Michael is a 3 sport athlete and has been very consistent and fully bought in to what @cello_mar10elli is doing! He has been able to increase is Aug. 1 maxes by 10-20lbs all while practicing and playing year round!⚔️

Soooooo it seems like our YEAR round scientific based workout program is paying off!Here’s 3 sport athlete @michaelvw2005 breaking his July 325 clean and hitting 335! Some may say “oh well” but being able to increase maxes while dealing with in season demands all year is huge!
