Forever Red. Gone but not forgotten.
Big days and big occasions were soaked up by Jody Gormley. No doubt he’d be prowling the sideline and kicking every ball in Healy Park this evening. Whatever the outcome of today’s games let’s hope the men that take the field and patrol the sidelines carry the same spirit and sportsmanship as one Red would have and always will.
Jody Gormley was an inspirational figure whose kindness and spirit deeply touched the lives of many, including all of us at Bredagh GAC.
A decent fella…from Trillick none better than you Jody.
May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace. 💔

Jody Gormley. Diagnosed with terminal cancer, but somehow one of the most uplifting podcasts we’ve ever recorded. He’s a beautiful person.
It’s simply a must listen.
