Less than an hour after Slovenia’s newly elected prime minister, Janez Janša, was sworn into office by the country’s parliament, he had the Palestinian flag lowered from a government building.
The move marked the first step in a sharp reorientation of Slovenia’s posture towards Israel under Janša. The right-leaning prime minister, who previously held office in 2022, replaced a prime minister for the liberal Freedom Movement party.
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar announced on Thursday that Israel would open its first-ever embassy in Ljubljana, Slovenia’s capital, writing in a post on X that the move was a statement of “friendship, dialogue, and a shared belief in freedom, democracy, and security.”
“The election of Prime Minister @JJansaSDS marks a new chapter in relations between Israel and Slovenia,” Saar wrote. “After years of the hostility of the previous government- we now have an opportunity to rebuild, strengthen, and deepen a real partnership.”

BREAKING:
Just minutes after the Slovenian parliament confirmed the new gov. of @JJansaSDS, workers removed the Palestinian flag from the government palace facade & replaced it with Ukraine’s flag
Slovenia now honors a country defending itself instead of massacring civilians
I'm not an emotional person, but each time I watch this video it brings tears to my eyes.
She knelt, hands on her head — fully surrendered.
All he had to do was not shoot her...
Pure evil. Never forget October 7. 💔🇮🇱
Sergeant Yarin Peled (20), a medic in the IDF who dreamed of saving lives, was mercilessly murdered by Hamas on October 7th when they invaded her base.
Remember her name.
I am a Zionist. Many people out there don’t seem to understand what a Zionist is - and what it isn’t - so here you go.
I believe in the existence of a Jewish home land, Israel, in the land of Judea, where it currently is.
As a Zionist, I do not automatically agree with or support everything the country does, nor do I automatically agree with every government, every politician, every decision.
As a Zionist, I am free to criticize policies and governments of Israel, just the same as I am to criticize the Canadian government or the American government or any other government.
I can believe that the Israelis who spit on Christians should be charged, and I do.
I can believe that the violence in Judea and Samaria needs to be stopped, and I do.
I can believe that every single Israeli, regardless of religion, who commits rape, should be tried and should face the harshest punishments, and I do.
I can believe that every single war crime committed by an Israeli should be prosecuted, and I do.
I can believe that Israel should be held to the same standards of every other nation, and I do.
The only things I don’t do, because I’m a Zionist?
Call for the destruction of the only Jewish nation in the world.
Hold them to a far higher standard than everyone else, just because they’re Jewish.
Spread false propaganda about them, just because they’re Jewish.
Because even though you pretend that’s “antizionism”, it’s just masking your true motives.
Jew hatred.

The time has come for a responsible Slovenian 🇸🇮foreign policy based on facts, Slovenian national interests and international law.
The politically and economically harmful period of government support for activist anti-Semitism, which was broadly encouraged by commissions from two billion US dollars of laundered Iranian money in the former state owned bank during the left-wing government, has ended.
Congressman Groyper has thoughts on the USS Liberty because of course he does.
Not only was the USS Liberty a friendly fire incident where the Liberty was in a location where it did not belong, but Israel investigated, apologized, and paid restitution.
That’s the entire story
BREAKING: A car full of Palestinians trying to enter Israel illegally to carry out terror attacks against Jews was caught by Israeli soldiers.
One of them wore a yarmulke to pretend he was Jewish.
Antisemite Sam Schildgen posted atrocious bigoted commentary on a Jewish woman’s Instagram account.
She drove to his workplace (Calista Skin and Laser in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area) and confronted him.

"Get out of my city...Go back where you belong."
In Connecticut 🇺🇸, a group of visibly Jewish men were harassed in an unprovoked altercation, according to police.
The men were having a conversation on the sidewalk when a man shouted, calling them "baby killers," asking if they liked genocide, and telling them to get out of his city and "go back where you belong."
The man even knocked off one person's kippah.
Where do they belong? It seems like the only place welcoming to Jews is Israel, but that man probably takes issue with that too.
Her name was Shahar Gindi.
She was 25 when Palestinians launched their terror attack on Jews on October 7th.
They killed her.
They celebrated it.
They called it "jihad".
They still think what they did that day was morally right.
Such evil.
Israeli UN Ambassador Danny Danon recalled a phone call from Tucker Carlson:
“Ambassador, can you take me off the list?”
“I said to him, ‘What are you talking about?’”
“And he said to me, ‘I, I am being attacked by the Jews. So maybe you have a list. Can you take me off the list?’”
Danon says he replied:
“Mr. Carlson, we don't have a list. You are being attacked because you are spreading lies and conspiracies against our soldiers.”
Yesterday, 17-year-old Israeli soccer talent Orian Goren was promoted from Barcelona’s youth team to the first team, where he’ll play with some of the world’s best players
The reactions by so many Nazi Barcelona fans to an israeli kid are wild
What do you want to wish him?⚽️🇮🇱
Marco Rubio on Israel and the Jewish people. ❤️
"Israel's wealth lay not under the ground, but in its people, the Jewish people. They made the desert bloom. The empires that dreamed of a world without Jews have crumbled into dust, but Israel stands."
Thank you, @SecRubio 🇺🇸🇮🇱🙏
People like Rep. Thomas Massie love bringing up the USS Liberty to demonize Israel.
Fair to question every incident.
But let’s get real: America isn’t perfect either.
Pat Tillman—American hero, Ranger—gunned down by his own platoon in 2004 Afghanistan. Cover-up followed. Marines fragged by our own A-10s in Iraq 2003. Black Hawks shot down by our F-15s in 1994.
We’ve had friendly fire tragedies in every war—WWII Normandy bombers killing our guys, Gulf War tank-on-tank, you name it, and I’ll list it to show this is just what happens in war, and how we’ve fared with our allies:
United Kingdom (British forces)
• Killed: ~30–40+ (e.g., 9 in 1991 Gulf War A-10 Warrior convoy attack; 1 in 2003 A-10 Matty Hull incident; ~17 in Korea Hill 282).
• Wounded: Dozens (e.g., 11+ in 1991 Gulf; 70+ in Korea).
• Incidents: Multiple major (at least 4–5 in Gulf War era alone; several in Korea, Iraq 2003).
Canada
• Killed: 4 (2002 Tarnak Farm F-16 bomb).
• Wounded: 8 (same incident).
• Incidents: At least 1 major documented.
Australia
• Killed: At least 2–3 confirmed clear U.S. actions (2 in 1968 HMAS Hobart); possibly higher if counting disputed WWII torpedo.
• Wounded: Dozens (scattered Vietnam air/arty + 7+ in Hobart).
• Incidents: Multiple (HMAS Hobart 1968: U.S. F-4 Phantoms fired Sparrow missiles, mistaking ship for enemy helicopters — 2 killed, 7+ wounded; HMAS Canberra 1942: 84 killed / 109 wounded total from Battle of Savo Island — mostly Japanese, but crew accounts cite critical U.S. torpedo from USS Bagley in night confusion, plus later U.S. fire on wreck before scuttling. No formal U.S. apology or restitution for friendly fire elements).
Fog of war hits everyone.
With the Liberty, Israel apologized, paid reparations to the wounded and the families of those killed to the tune of $100 million in today’s dollars, and did an investigation that was accepted by the United States.
We’ve done the same after our mistakes.
War is hell; mistakes happen even among allies. Selective outrage that ignores our own record while obsessing over Israel’s just fuels anti-Israel narratives, which is the only reason Massie is bringing it up now.
For over a decade in Congress, Massie has not once mentioned the Liberty.
So why now? After he lost his primary?
This isn’t the selfless act of a brave Warrior for truth, it’s a petulant hissy fit by somebody who clearly didn’t play sports growing up and doesn’t know how to lose.
America stands with allies who share our values against real enemies like Iran.
That’s not Thomas Massie. He’s as America First as Vladimir Putin, which is why he and terrorist rewarded Ro Khanna are so buddy lately.
You think Thomas Massie cares about America? You think he cares about you? You think he cares about the men from the Liberty?
He’s all for show. A guy who talks the talk and refuses to walk the walk. But in this day and age of performative politics, that gets you clicks… and that’s all Thomas Massie cares about.
He’s a Libertarian click whore who has been taking your tax payer money for over a decade.
Congratulations!!! You got played, and the only thing more pathetic than Thomas Massie is his legion of fans who parrot his talking points like toddlers who just learned a new phrase.
Enjoy glazing a loser, Losers.
