💔💔 It all started around June, when there was a flight delay and everything I sent to the UK got spoiled. The people who ordered from me asked for refunds, and I had to return their money in full. For one of them who didn’t collect a refund, I sent another package and even paid the shipping fee again myself.

I sent packages to about four people at that time, and I’m still paying off the debt till today. Then it happened again two days ago, this time with a shipment to the USA, and from a different company entirely. The same kind of loss, all over again.

Honestly, the loss is huge. I don’t even know how to go about it anymore. I’m just tired. Customers don’t understand that it’s not my fault… I’m really just doing my best to stay strong.

I’ve sent over 50 to 60 shipments this year alone, but only these caused losses they wiped out all my gains.💔
