@CityofBerkeley I would love to pay my RHSP bill but you make it very difficult by not having online or phone payment options and closing your drop box at 2PM. Explain to me why a drop box needs to close in the first place? That should be open as long as the building is open.

@rideact just watched the E bus speed by my stop, 6 minutes before it’s supposed to arrive (at 7am, which is when it’s supposed to START the route at the first location 9 stops away from mine!). Stick to the schedule please.

.@rideact it’s not ok when a bus leaves early. E bus along Claremont. It’s the 8:25 bus and it left at 8:23 as I stood waiting to cross the street.
