@pqben42 I had shingles in my 30’s, it is incredibly painful and I never want it again. That being said, my doctor said I was too young to get the vaccine at the time. I will try again though.

@PenmarkFem @pqben42 You can most definitely get shingles if you have had chicken pox. If you have shingles and you are around someone who has never had the chicken pox, you can give them chicken pox.
