❗🧭 Discover IEA's newest publication: 'International Gender Differences in Civic Knowledge and Attitudes: Implications and Ways Forward', from the IEA Compass: Briefs in Education series.

The new Compass Brief examines differences in civic knowledge between genders. Findings from ICCS 2022 indicate a notable gender gap in civic knowledge in most participating countries, with boys scoring lower on average than girls in all such cases.

This Compass Brief was authored by @clerkinclerkin from the @ERC_irl in Ireland, along with Michel Welmond and Laura Gregory.

🔊 The Compass Brief, the 28th in the series, was launched at the IEA General Assembly last week, where the importance of Compass Briefs in connecting with policy-makers, students, researchers and the wider education community was highlighted and warmly received.
