World mental health day.
Having supported two of my family members, life is fragile.
People can be fighting a battle you know nothing about, be kind, listen, get the help, check in on each other, most importantly let them know you care and they are loved.
Our focus on #TheHiddenBattleWithAllergies for #AnaphylaxisAwarenessWeek2024 seems to have resonated with many of you. Find out from our Chief Executive Simon Williams why we chose to focus on the emotional impact of allergies for this awareness week : https://t.co/JleubI9GkS
It’s Men’s Health Week, remember this 🩵
Men,
It’s okay to cry.
It’s okay to show emotion.
It’s okay to be emotional.
It’s okay to feel sad.
It’s okay to be okay.
It’s okay to not be okay.
It’s okay to feel.
It’s okay to grieve.
It’s okay to tell someone you’re struggling.
It’s okay to talk.
It’s okay to struggle.
It’s okay to fail.
It’s okay to feel lost.
It’s okay to talk about your mental health.
