What do you release today that no longer serve the version of you today?
Maybe it’s:
Fear
Doubt
Self loathing
Anxiety
Overwhelm
Allow yourself to feel, to process and most important, to release
Try these 3 things each morning:
1. Write out 3 things you are grateful for.
2. Divine connection before WiFi connection
3. Breathe
Go on with your day!
This is your reminder!
You are absolutely enough.
You are loved beyond measure.
You are worthy of the life you desire.
You can heal those wounds.
You get to live the life you want.
Claim it all! It’s yours!
Ever thought that maybe you can’t keep doing things the way you have been doing them.
You just might need to do things in a way you have never done them, in order to see the results you haven’t yet seen.
Ways to improve those gnarly body image days!
• Surrounding yourself with positive people.
• Wear comfortable clothes.
• Sticky notes all around you on what a badass you are.
• Stop avoiding your body.
• Get ready!
Remember...
Paying someone a compliment costs us nothing.
Get outside yourself today and help someone see their worth by paying them a sincere compliment.
I swear to god....
If I set one more macro protocol in my sleep, I’m going to have to give up my day job so I can sleep!
Going to bed tonight reminding myself that my pillow is not my laptop.... My pillow is not my laptop.....
Just remember!
The 4th of July isn’t a reason to take the hot-mess-express train and derail that bitch!
Fruit is not inherently bad.
Bean dip is not bad.
S’mores aren’t bad.
Aunt beths potato salad isn’t bad.
Your fixation on if the food is good or bad is the problem
Discipline seems to be this illusive thing that everyone is chasing.
Truth is, you have discipline.
You just need the help in learning to direct and manage it better.
Meal plans can be a great tool to build a basic framework of nutrition.
But, there is absolutely zero freedom in being told what food to eat.
Macros, on the other hand, gives you freedom to pick the foods you actually want to eat!
Sustainability breeds success
I promise you this one thing!
The person that is able to quantify their steps, walks more than the person who has no way to track this data!
Find a way to track those steps!
The assertion of “I got this” does not mean that you have the perfect solution.
It simply means, you have a firm grip on the wheel and are headed in the right direction.
Remember, you have more say than you are most likely giving yourself credit for.
