Happy Halloween! Meg is a pirate this year.

I know I've been MIA online for awhile, but you know, I'm ok with it. It's nice to take a breather and not feel the pressure of posting stuff all the time.

Anyhow, I hope you all had a fabulous spooky day. Th… https://t.co/FpqH9RXcpB

Yo - busy illustrators - you gotta stop apologising for not posting on instagram for a while if you're neck deep in client work, or your day job, or personal stuff, or just don't wanna post! You don't get paid to social & we appreciate you're workin hard. Take care of you 💖

How did May whiz by so fast? So much amazing #mermay art to gush over this year! I've been building my personal project, which you can read more about on my blog. Wishing you all an awesome weekend. If you're in the Philly area, I hope you have AC. 🔥☀️

3-7-18 The snow was coming down so hard today that a snowman was inevitable for today’s sketch. I think they make cute friends. :) #dailysketch #kidlitart #illustration #snowday2018

3-2-18 My character Meg needed some love today. Also, it's Women's History Month, which should spark a few ideas... #DailySketch #kidlitart #kidlitwomen #illustration

Goodnight #kidlitart!

@sygnin This is adorable! Reminds a little of Clifford the Big Red Dog. #kidlitart

@DaniDuck @boxfulthoughts @DiandraMae @MishkaJaeger @scillabert @RebeccaEvansArt Thanks for sharing! #kidlitart

[Michelle Lockamy @michellelockamy]

@MishkaJaeger @DaniDuck @boxfulthoughts @DiandraMae @scillabert @RebeccaEvansArt Never tried that one but I've heard good things about it! #kidlitart

[Michelle Lockamy @michellelockamy]

@DaniDuck @MishkaJaeger @boxfulthoughts @DiandraMae @scillabert @RebeccaEvansArt When I got Photoshop at the store they wanted me to get CC, but subscriptions are kind of eh. There are too many! I got CS6. #kidlitart

[Michelle Lockamy @michellelockamy]

@boxfulthoughts @DiandraMae @MishkaJaeger @DaniDuck @scillabert @RebeccaEvansArt Must hunt for this program. A few years ago I used Corel Painter - whew that was laggy! #kidlitart

[Michelle Lockamy @michellelockamy]

@DaniDuck @SandraSalsbury @scillabert @RebeccaEvansArt Very true. The Cintique is like the price of a laptop, it's crazy! I'm sticking with my trusty old Intuos. #kidlitart

[Michelle Lockamy @michellelockamy]

@SandraSalsbury @scillabert @RebeccaEvansArt @DaniDuck I think Procreate is better to practice digital sketching, if you find yourself torn between the two. You can take it with you like a sketchbook. (I started in PS though with a Wacom tablet). #kidlitart

[Michelle Lockamy @michellelockamy]

@scillabert @RebeccaEvansArt Ah that's the best! I sneak in more digital art during long morning/evening commutes. Sooo much time reclaimed. #kidlitart

[Michelle Lockamy @michellelockamy]

@scillabert This is so sweet! #kidlitart

[Michelle Lockamy @michellelockamy]

@RebeccaEvansArt Thanks! Yup, Procreate. Ever since I got it I've been able to work in way more places. #kidlitart
