@vfsglobalcare You have clearly not taken the time to read or understand my post. We were already at VFS Global Manchester.

The issue is not securing an appointment at VFS. The issue is the poor service received, including rude staff, poor communication, and a complete lack of care or empathy.

@Leon_Schreib @HomeAffairsSA SA citizens abroad are treated like second-class citizens. @VFSGlobal passport renewal: months vs 2 weeks in SA. No biometrics. Do our own fingerprints with black ink. No help. No embassy appointments in London until 9 Feb. This is DISGUSTING.🇿🇦😡#HEP
