@MichaelVaughan Agree. 2 young cricketers in our family and there’s zero chance of us taking them to watch! Went to see the 100 Eliminator with them in August and had a great time! I know it’s different, but such an accessible experience for young sports fans.

@Susieshoequeen @Headteacher1971 @SandyofSuffolk Lots of schools don’t get an hour for lunch anymore and schools most definitely don’t have a half hour assembly every day!! Generally lessons begin at 8.45/8.50 and assembly is usually once a week for about 15mins!

@Susieshoequeen @Headteacher1971 @SandyofSuffolk Nope. I had 5 1 hour lessons in my timetable. Occasionally had a “single” lesson of half an hour followed by another. My son has the same and I teach the same!

@Susieshoequeen @SandyofSuffolk Susie, kids could also smoke in the toilets at school, behind the sheds and teachers smoke in the staff room. I know of teachers who drank on the job and dyslexia wasn’t recognised, teachers could hit your kids. Much has changed.

@exactlyaron @Sonjamclaughlan Yes, my husband booked at the weekend to take our son who is a junior athlete. In the morning they have cheaper seats and he got junior price, in the evening there was no junior price where they want to sit to have a good view of the track events!
