@TLRailUK My son is waiting at Radlett to get to work. There are NO trains. People CANNOT rely on the absolutely ridiculous service. You advertise your service to airports. Everyone would miss their flights. Something needs to be done. This does not happen in other countries!

@TLRailUK What a rubbish service. Thameslink one of the worst in the country. Every day some excuse for delays or non running trains. You are making people’s lives a misery by making them late for work. My son is waiting and waiting and waiting. So frustrating 🤬

@TLRailUK This is crazy! Similar happened last night. My son is stuck on a train for over an hour! The train fare is so expensive for such a diabolical service, no other country runs such a Micky mouse show. The sooner is renationalised the better!

@TLRailUK Your rail replacement buses don’t even work as West Hampstead Thameslink station to go northbound. A one hour journey is now going to take me almost 3 hours now.
