Donald Trump just posted a shaky video from Mar-a-Lago on Truth Social, looking completely drained, eyes squinting at the teleprompter, words slurring as he mumbled through “condolences” for the three American service members killed in his unauthorized war on Iran.

While grieving families mourn real losses from Operation Epic Fury, Trump’s cold shrug? “Sadly, there will likely be more before it ends. That’s the way it is. Likely be more,” he said, sounding like a homicidal Bruce Hornsby.

In the rambling clip, Trump mumbled praise for the fallen as patriots who made the ultimate sacrifice, sent obligatory prayers to the wounded (five seriously so far), and offered his love and eternal gratitude to their families before casually pivoting to the fact that more troops will inevitably die.

"We expect casualties ... but in the end it's going to be a great deal for the world," he added, vowing to “avenge” the deaths with the “most punishing blow” and promising the strikes will hammer on.

He provided no details, no timeline, no congressional approval, just endless bombs, regime-change fantasies, and a guy who looks one bad read away from nodding off. Just more dystopian horrorshow as the president sees military lives as disposable collateral in a reckless adventure that risks a wider catastrophe.

Civilian deaths mounting, missiles flying, three brave Americans gone, and Trump can’t muster much more than shrug, squint, slur, repeat. Get some sleep grandpa.

Trump seems over his head now, but can’t turn around. He’s gotten all of us into a dangerous game with no plan and no accountability while MAGA cheers and families bury their heroes.

BREAKING: A top US army commander publicly trashes Donald Trump for starting a “blatantly unconstitutional” war with Iran and rips his incompetence for starting a war with no goal or focus!

Major General (Ret.) Paul D. Eaton knows a thing or two about fighting poorly conceived wars in the Middle East, having commanded US troops during the Iraq War.

He’s one of the most qualified people to comment on Trump’s reckless and illegal attacks on Iran, and he publicly tore the President a new one for violating the Constitution in a statement:

“Men who know more about war than Donald Trump ever will warned him repeatedly about the risks to American lives by starting a war with Iran. Indeed, Trump himself predicted casualties in his speech to America. The Constitution could not be more clear.”

“When launching wars of choice, especially with American lives in the balance, the president goes to Congress and Congress authorizes it. That did not happen, and these operations are blatantly unconstitutional.”

“More to the point, these operations seem to have no focus. Trump says they’re to keep Iran from getting a nuclear weapon, but just last year he said we ‘obliterated’ that program. It seems to be targeting missile sites, but Trump says it is to stoke regime change. A war without focus is a war with no tangible goals. And a war with no goals ends up a Forever War."

“Trump said these kinds of Forever Wars would never happen under his presidency. He lied. Just like saying he’d lower prices and bring back jobs, he lied.”

“The Republican Congress must now hold him accountable, or we will hold Republicans in Congress accountable in November.”

He’s absolutely right. We know that no repercussions will come from the whipped and broken House Republicans, who will eagerly rubber-stamp anything and everything Trump does, including protecting pedophiles.

So it’s on us to vote them all out this November and then start the impeachment proceedings for the many, many, many times that Trump has violated his constitutional oath and violated the laws of our once great nation.

This war is going to be beyond disastrous; one of our top military radar installations in the Middle East has already been destroyed and scores of children have been slaughtered by US-made Israeli-launched missiles.

We must hold the perpetrators accountable for their actions.
