@TK_HelpDesk after weeks of back-and-forth with TK once you acknowledged my compensation claim was valid and I received confirmation of the amount owed to me, I have stopped receiving responses to emails and feedback.
@TK_HelpDesk the team has been ‘investigating’ ways to avoid refunding me since june. i’ve submitted to refund form six times. now that they have no more corrections i haven’t heard anything back despite multiple emails
