[Michelle Jefferies @michie19]

Has anyone else seen there costs literally jump since @SSE changed to @OVOEnergy out smart meter is now always in the red and around £1 an hour, I think OVO is doing customers over!! DD cancelled as extortionate charges will pay what we always do!! @financialombuds

[Michelle Jefferies @michie19]

@SSE absolutely disgusting customer service 3 times called today to put my DD back and basically got told No! And then hung up on me, it’s my right to choose my DD amount so it’s now cancelled and will pay each month, will be sending complaint to @financialombuds

[Michelle Jefferies @michie19]

@btsport we have a problem on a business account and cannot resolve it because offices are closed until Monday now, not great for commercial premises that are open all weekend until late at night, will be seeking compensator loss of customers!

[Michelle Jefferies @michie19]

@SimonMoorcroft @DavB93 @MartinSLewis Is this still the same amount of £2500?

[Michelle Jefferies @michie19]

@MartinSLewis Is this for domestic and businesses?

[Michelle Jefferies @michie19]

Nobody ever use @PetsatHome they are disgusting refusing treatment to animals and then threatening to call RSPCA because customer wants a second opinion, scamming with different amounts to pay and lying both times of treatment, sub-standard vets #goingtotradingstandards #notvets

[Michelle Jefferies @michie19]

I think as a whole this country needs to stand up to these utility companies and just say NO! We are not paying, they won’t receive a penny and if they were so callous to cut everyone off including businesses the government will need to step up as the economy will suffer #standup

[Michelle Jefferies @michie19]

@FirstBSA @FaresaverBuses @VCarsTaxis Bath is absolutely shocking for transport been waiting an hour for buses and taxis hang up on you all absolutely disgusting never going out in Bath ever again!!!
