@AirEuropa I replied this to your DM: See the bigger picture. I would have bought a more expensive ticket, which now I wont. You guys have a ton to learn about customer service. If you rather hang up the phone than listening and talking to people, you miss out on opportunities.

@AirEuropa I made a mistake, called 10 minutes after receiving the confirmation. Normally anyone including Air Europa gave a free change or cancellation. The fact you are not willing to discuss by phone and are hiding behind fare regulations is extremely poor customer service.

@GaryLineker The penalty law in football is ludicrous. It can actuall learn something from the handball (sport) law where penalties are awarded for denying goal scoring opportunities. Like in ice & field hockey and waterpolo. Far clearer and better to understand.
