I cancelled my subscription - I’ve been with them over 5 years! I just wanted to know how bad it was so I knew what to expect. So so bad letting us know at 7pm!

@British_Airways massive thanks to Nikki on our flight home to Gatwick last night. (BA2799) I’m a terrible flyer and my son was nervous too. There was a little bit of turbulence and she came straight down to check on us, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comforted ❤️
