When you pay £450 for a top of the range airwrap system and it breaks down 36 months later only to be told you need to pay £99 for a repair. “customer service” said pay up or go away!

£11m to reopen the train station at Horden and can never use it as Train to newcastle full again ! It’s ridiculous to use only 2 carriages. Do you want people to use it or not !😡 @northernassist

@northernassist This is an ongoing issue since the station opened in 2020. You promised 4 carriages as the usage proved it was required on a weekend - yet here we are again waiting to see if there is any chance of getting on the next one -1 hour later !
