Das @ZDF hat einen Bericht ausgestrahlt, in dem Frau Gaa wie gewohnt mit Kopftuch aus Teheran über die dortigen Zustände berichtet. In einem Teil werden Aussagen von Menschen in Teheran eingespielt, wobei so getan wird, als handele es sich um ganz normale Bürger auf der Straße, die zufällig interviewt wurden. Eine dieser Personen ist Behzad Mobini. Über diesen Mann gibt es im Internet mehr als genug Informationen, die zeigen, dass er ein dem Regime nahestehender Handlanger ist.
Von Herrn Mobini existieren aus der Zeit der Wahlen der „Gewerkschaft der Computer-Technologen in Teheran“ vor etwa sieben Jahren Bilder und Interviews, die ihn als Vorstandsmitglied dieser Vereinigung zeigen. Auf den Social Media Kanälen dieser Gewerkschaft finden sich Hunderte von Erklärungen, in denen das islamische Regime und die Revolutionsgarde voll und ganz unterstützt werden. Sie haben sogar Kundgebungen zur Unterstützung von Qasem Soleimani organisiert. Eine Gewerkschaft also, die völlig dem Terrorregime untersteht… Und ein Vorstandsmitglied einer solchen Gewerkschaft wird dem ZDF-Publikum als ganz normaler Bürger in Teheran präsentiert, dem man zufällig auf der Straße begegnet ist…

Ich habe es schon oft gesagt: Es gibt keinen freien Journalismus im Iran, und jede einzelne Person, die vor den Kameras westlicher Medien sprechen darf, steht unter der Kontrolle und Aufsicht des islamischen Regimes. Die öffentlich-rechtlichen Medien Deutschlands strahlen einfach so die Propaganda des Regimes aus, ohne dass jemand dafür zur Rechenschaft gezogen wird und wir dürfen bezahlen!

BREAKING from @Jerusalem_Post: A Palestinian man from Gaza has formally demanded that the International Criminal Court investigate 14 Hamas leaders for crimes committed against Palestinians.

The man lost his wife, children, and other family members during the war in Gaza. He argues that if Hamas had not committed war crimes against Palestinians, particularly the crime of using civilians as human shields, his family and countless other Gazans would still be alive.

War crimes and crimes against humanity listed in the submission include using civilians as human shields, attacking civilians, causing great suffering, destruction of property, excessive incidental death, injury, or damage, conscripting children, murder, extermination, torture, persecution, and more.

The Hamas leaders named in the submission are Izz al-Din al-Haddad, Khaled Mashaal, Mahmoud al-Zahar, Mohammed Odeh, Muhannad Rajab, Khalil al-Hayya, Mousa Abu Marzook, Ghazi Hamad, Izzat al-Rishq, Fathi Hamad, Nizar Awadallah, Husam Badran, Zaher Jabarin, and Basem Naim.

For decades, innocent Palestinians have paid the price for Hamas's genocidal war against Israel. They deserve justice.

The submission was filed on behalf of the Gazan man by American attorneys @ElliotMalin and Eli Rosenbaum and French attorney @sarah_scialom.
