'OSDE attempts to deprive schools of rollover funds for safety, security enhancements despite previously promising them'

It’s🧵 time, yet again, folks. I may seem like a broken record, but I’m VERY concerned about how one of the SDE rules (sitting on the Gov’s desk since we punted our legislative responsibility) will negatively affect mostly rural public schools…here’s why:
🧵1/7
@SamHumphreys34 So that was only thing that caused the outcome of the game? Not the Hurts fumble or the special teams coverage on the punt? The Eagles made too many mistakes.
@michael_schlact Extend the zone to more than pitches you “want” to hit, looking for contact. Don’t take a called 3rd strike. One thing I’ve never heard is foul pitches off. Like it easy to intentionally hit foul balls.
We keep hearing @RyanWaltersSupt touting Mississippi NAEP scores.
Did you know Oklahoma consistently and significantly outperformed Mississippi in reading... until Oklahoma scores began dropping in 2016.
What happened??
Check out this site, an analysis by Republican State Rep. Logan Phillips, which gives a County by County estimate to public school budget cuts under the Stitt/Walters plan. Look up your community and ask your neighbors if they’re okay with this.

@sec_walters Thanks for your support of our public educators. It’s teacher appreciation week and you say thanks by telling us we are a failure. This great system you support provided tvs, grills, and gaming systems for students. I can’t believe we have a teacher shortage.
