@wischj@malkarnivore@RichardTibbetts@mtaibbi It's so not crazy that it happens all the time. However, generally it's bad investment advice. You shouldn't be overly leveraged in the place you work at. It's a double whammy if things go South. Keep some shares sure, but don't have that be your entire nest egg.
@libsoftiktok Does that mean we add software engineer to the growing list of jobs “American’s won’t do”? At some point folks need to realize they’re being kneecapped. We don’t need the government to Tonya Harding its own citizens.
@Riley_Gaines_ Athens GA here. It's a third world country. Don't come to live here either.
On a serious note, I've lived all over the South. The BBQ here is 3rd tier southern.
@CynicalPublius Reading comprehension is no doubt part of the mess. I’d add lack of focus, and the need for reactionary dissent. I think that last part somehow makes folks feel good - which shows a lack of critical thinking. This disfunctional recipe has several ingredients.
@bungarsargon Democrats will defend the working class regardless, and often in spite of, what the working class wants. Just don't call them Elites because they know what's good for the folks.
@Jesse_Leg So... we'll get a DNC appointed candidate and once again the party of democracy will have their candidate chosen behind closed doors? I'd laugh if it wasn't so disheartening and predictable.
@coldxman Many here are telling us more about themselves than what happened here. Apparently, Mr Trump's involvement changes what is true and false, good and bad, up and down.
@jans_poo@charliekilo552@huskersjames Noted that your video starts after initial contact. I'm sure that's just coincidence and in no way is meant to support your assertion of Balogun being out of control.
@libsoftiktok It's 60% positive on Rotten Tomatoes - it's not being panned. If you factor in the critics who will give this movie a thumbs down for political reasons, I'd call the critical reception glowing.
